How do I register?
Registration is easy. Simply visit http://gronlineauction.com and click on either the large "Register" button or on the "Register" link at the top of every page (when not logged in).
Will my email address automatically be placed on any mailing lists by registering?
No, your e-mail address will not be automatically placed on a mailing list by registering. There is an option to "opt-out" to our mailing list during the registration process.
What if I forget my username and/or password?
This happens to all of us at one time or another. Fortunately, our username/password recovery system is very user friendly. Simply click on the "forgot password?" link below the login form to recover your username and/or password.
How do I place a bid?
First ensure that you are logged into the website. Then navigate to the specific item you would like to bid on by clicking on the "Upcoming Auctions" link and opening the specific auction you are interested in viewing. A list of available items from that auction are displayed. Click on the title of the item you are interested in to view the detailed information on the item and to place a bid for it. Click on the Icon "AGREE WITH YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS". Enter the amount you would like to bid in bid box and click on the "send bid" button to submit your bid. Please note that our website uses a "proxy bid" system, meaning that the bid amount you enter to bid is viewed as your "maximum" bid. The computer will bid for you at the minimum amount possible to keep you as the highest bidder. The computer will stop your bidding at your "maximum" bid amount. When can I pick up and pay for items won?
Auctions are set to end each Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays are the designated pick up days. You may pick items up in the week (per appointment) following the auction, but additional storage charges may apply. Please read the "HOW TO BUY" page for more information.
How do I sell an item on gronlineauction.com?
We do the work for you! Simply bring your item to our showroom and we'll post it on the website on the next available auction date.
After your item sells in the auction you can either stop by and pick up your check (we strongly advise that you call first!) or it will be mailed to your address on file. Please read the "HOW TO SELL" page for more information.
When will I receive the money from the item I sold?
Approximately two weeks after the winner pays for the auction. Please talk to our knowledgeable staff on location for detailed information.
