10% buyers fee for each item that sells on the auction or 7% for those paying with cash.
If an item sells for over $1000 per lot the buyers fee is reduced to 6% or 3% for those paying with cash.
All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date.
After this 7 day period there will begin a $2 per day storage fee and after 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item.

All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms.
